I first met Peter a few years ago when we were looking at some other properties in Zetland. On first impression, he was friendly, professional and always helpful and this view has solidified as we remained in contact over the years with him in the area. Peter assisted us with the sale of our place in March 2022. We chose Peter as an agent because (1) he has a positive 'can do' attitude; (2) MGM Martin have deep experience in the Zetland area; (3) it is obvious that Peter can quickly and discretely deal with any potential issues which could arise during the sale process - in this regard, this is a reflection of his skill and experience as a RE agent as well as a high level proactiveness on his part to nip any potential issues in the bud. Peter was very responsive throughout my purchase journey which ran very smoothly. The flyer he provided at the open inspection answered all my questions whilst the comparables he presented gave me the confidence to submit my best and final offer to secure the property within 5BDs.
