With a softening real estate market, Peter successfully managed an off market sales approach that expertly matched our apartment to the needs of one of the buyers on his database. Peter provided expert advice and professionalism, and achieved a price that we are very happy with. We have no hesitations in recommending him to vendors in the Zetland area.

I recently sold my Zetland property with Martin Property. David and the team provided great advice, presented the unit immaculately and helped me get a quick and easy sale. Having now bought and sold with David and the Martin Property team, I would highly recommend their services.

The property can be sold within 3 weeks since I made the decision to sell the property. He is very passion and active to negotiate the price with purchaser for me. That's the reason why it's so quick to make the deal with purchaser. He is also very thoughtful person as he advice me to give discount to tenant as the inspection would be interrupt tenant's weekend. I'm glad to meet him and other officers from Martin. Great team, best company.

Peter, was extremely professional and highly ethical. It was a pleasure and great experience dealing with him as he understands his customers and their expectations. My wife and I were initially disappointed that the unit we had put in an offer was withdrawn by the seller. However, Peter came to our rescue by recommending a similar off market oppprtunity for a unit nearby which we have just recently acquired. Peter was very supportive and made himself available after hours and over the weekend to promptly respond to any queries we had.
