Peter has performed in a professional manner during the process of buying the property, and provided accurate and reliable information. He also responded in a short time of period regarding the queries have made. I’ll be happy to buy another property through his real estate service.

Peter is a great agent with good knowledge of the Rosebery/green square area. He was able to answer all questions during inspections and has a great turn around time for getting back to email queries. He’s attentive and flexible, and we felt that both the buyer and vendor were considered in circumstances, which is great. Thanks for making our first home buying experience seemless! The whole Martin Property team are professional and I’m so glad we’ve bought with Peters assistance!

I have dealt with many agents and David is the one I felt the most comfortable with. He is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He has been advising me along the way during the process with his unique, open and most importantly professional and enjoyable attitude and approach. Definitely a five star agent!

Didn't expect much joy in a slowing market, but got a great result less than a week after going to market. His advice paid off for me.

David and his team worked hard to get a result for us in a very tough market. We were very happy with his marketing strategy and the end result. We would use him again.

Had no issues at all during the purchase of this property, Peter was very responsive and clearly communicated details throughout the entire process. Peter was very helpful and went out of his way to get us additional viewings, and ensured the property was ready for handover with no fuss at all. Would not hesitate to purchase from Peter again, everyone at Martin has been really good.

In a market that is getting harder as each day goes by, I am absolutely thrilled with the result that David was able to achieve on the sale of my apartment. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to crucial elements during the campaign, both in regards to Buyer behaviour and trends in the area. Never one to shy away from important conversations, Dave also said what needed to be said and this assisted significantly in my ability to make an informed decision. On top of this there was never a task or question that was too hard for him to handle. You would be dead set crazy not to appoint David Bettini and the team down at Martin Property for the sale of your home!! Thanks again guys, really appreciate everything you did for me.
