Great agent
Peter has helped us to purchase our first property. We didn’t have a lot of knowledge on the process but having him there definately helps! Great agent, really helpful and friendly.

Whole sale was completed in a matter of weeks!
The team at Martin (Peter. David and Jamie) provided a very professional service. I was very happy with their professionalism, knowledge of the inner East Market, and ultimately, the result they delivered.

Incredibly efficient
Peter coordinated works to get my property up to speed before sale and negotiated with tenant to vacate in a military-style operation. The trades were coordinated and budgeted for just as he had advised and all was ready on time. Loved having no surprises. Property looked fabulous and got a great price. Happy to recommend.

Fantastic Team!
David, Jamie and Peter did an amazing job selling our property. They knew exactly what needed to be done to maximise the properties appeal and show buyers its full potential. They also organised and coordinated all the work, making the preparation of our apartment for sale as stress free as possible. They were always punctual and professional for the open days. David followed up with each potential buyer and kept us informed every step of the way. We were thrilled with the result he was able to achieve for us!

Has been a pleasure dealing with David and his team so far, they have gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and show me the property when ever I have asked in their own time. Definitely recommend them for their professional and friendly nature.
