David truly acted as 24/7 Agent - very responsive to phone calls and did not mind being contacted on weekends. He helped guide the sales process and truly made it feel a comfortable and safe process. Very personable and friendly over the phone and in person. Truly a 5/5 Agent.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with David and his team (Peter & Jamie) from Martin Property a few times now and have always had a positive experience. I have the utmost confidence that if they are selling a property, the transaction will be smooth, clear-cut and inarguable.

Not only we sold the property at a price way higher than what we expected, I think Susie made the impossible, possible. We can't be any happier with the outcome of the sale. She was always reachable and gave us valuable feedbacks. Most of all, she didn't settle with any offer but did her best to get us the best offer possible. We have used many real estate agents before, but I believe, Susie is the most capable, knowledgeable and hard-working agent there is. You are in very excellent hands, if you go with Susie, especially in Eastern Suburb area. Thanks for everything! Gina and Andrew
