He understood the area/market extremely well and applied the right strategy to achieve the best price, which set the record house price on Riseley Street for Booragoon and Ardross. From the moment we approached James about the prospect of selling my parents home/apartment in the beautiful part of North Coogee, we knew we had the right man. He gently guided my elderly parents through the process. His research and knowledge of the area was highlighted though our discussions. He made recommendations and ensured that he had trades and quotes to assist with the process of getting it ready for the sale. His professional approach to the sale included some very innovative marketing, that showcased the apartment at its best. We cannot believe how quickly it sold! Less than a week! James achieved so much in a short time. My parents were thrilled with the sale and the ease of the whole process. We are so grateful to James and his team at MGP property.
