James Priestly is without doubt the most professional and invested real estate agent I have ever had dealings with. I have bought and sold four properties in my life and his service is beyond reproach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone selling their property. Thanks again James
James Priestly
We cannot speak more highly of James Priestly. From the moment he walked through our front door, he has been honest, upfront, energetic, enthusiastic, straightforward and most importantly, genuine. He marketed our house beautifully. Consequently, not only did it sell quickly, but it sold to the right buyer. An important factor for us. James kept us well-informed throughout the whole procedure. He was excellent to work with. After having dealings with other real estate agents, who seemed nothing more than secondhand salesmen, James was a breath of fresh air. We could not recommend James more highly.

From the moment we met James he put us to ease recognising that we lived in the area for 50 years and was time to move on and downsizing. It was a shift to south of the river. He worked on a strategy to maximise a reasonably quick sale. It required us to undertake some renovations. On the second home open the house sold and we placed an offer on a house at Success, which was accepted. James is an exceptional person who can read the market

James’ property knowledge is next-level. He used his experience and industry contacts to make improvements to our home that ultimately resulted in a sale well above what we had been quoted by other agents. I can 100% recommend James for his hard work, property knowledge and communication skills.

James presentation of our unit and marketing was outstanding. As we where away working, we relied on Jamies knowledge with marketing and negotiation skills. Our unit sold very quickly due to James friendly persona, outstanding service and his attention to detail. Tony and I appreciate your assistance selling our unit and would recommend you highly to anyone looking for a professional sales agent.
