I was the buyer and she was the seller's agent, but Barbara was very kind as she knew quite quickly I was a first home buyer and inexperience with the process of buying the a house. She was very helpful with the questions I asked and made it clear that I should take my time and read/do things thoroughly before I made a commitment to buy. During the process of settlement, she regularly kept in touch; to keep myself and her updated about where I was with the obligations of my contract which is insanely handy as it gave me reinsurance that I was keeping my end of the contract.
