We obtained several valuations from agents operating in our area & Susan Lam from MiCasa was an easy choice for us. Her Professionalism & market knowledge was obvious. Susan walked us through the process from the beginning , offering tips & sound advice on how best to market our home. Throughout the whole process she was always available with advice & always returned our calls promptly. Our home was sold within a day or so of the first home open & Susan's estimate of the price range was right on the money. Susan's honesty & character was further exemplified AFTER settlement, when she rang to tell us that because the amount agreed for advertising hadn't been spent , there was $400 which was going to be returned to us.( Some less well intentioned agents would possibly have just remained silent & kept the unspent funds ) We would unhesitatingly recommend Susan Lam from MiCasa Realty to be involved in the sale of a property.

As a first home buyer I was nervous about the process and all the requirements, but Barbara was incredibly helpful and gave some advice as to how to go about the next steps in the process. She even gave some helpful advice regarding the rental property that we were trying to break lease on which felt like she was there for me not just for the purchase of my first home but any issue I had.
