While we have known Michael for some time he offered, and delivered! Mike's knowledge of the Canberra, and specifically the Tuggeranong real estate market is great and detailed. We discussed pricing and sales strategy and felt involved in the agreed approach. Michael, and the Michael Potter team, brought their knowledge and professionalism "to the table" and as the joint sellers we were involved in the pricing and sales approach. Our initial asking price, based on an independent commercial valuation, was initially high and not achieved, although actual sales price was within Michael's range estimation. Michael assisted with organising and then being physically involved with some furniture storage and later the removal of a few difficult items. Should we have a reason to approach the Canberra market in the future, we know to whom we would choose.

We bonded with Michael as soon as we met him. He was straight to the point, honest and realistic. Initially we thought our dream house was out of our price range, but Michael kept us updated throughout the sale/interest process and we saw an opportunity to jump with a quick settlement, and we did! Michael was so easy to communicate with, he alerted us to every change, every decision and every movement in our settlement period. He educated us in ways to speed up our settlement and how we could ensure that we would reach an agreement with the seller, without any issues. As someone who has been a seller before, I truly believe Michael somehow managed to act in the seller and buyer’s best interest. He was able to recognise a match in demand and supply, and act upon it, ensuring everyone left the deal satisfied. Michael made sure to know our family and connect us with our new neighbours and community. We’re so happy we had Michael sell us our home. Mike was everything we could have asked for. Energetic, responsive to what ever we raised, a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and organized. He arranged for the house to be painted, the garden tidied up, a worn pagola was demolished, a worn deck replaced, the house cleaned and styled. This happened quickly, with no dramas and to a good standard. The styling was most appropriate. There was a difficult issue concerning the vendor’s health and Mike handled this promptly and empathetically. I recommend him.
