We discussed pricing and sales strategy and felt involved in the agreed approach. Mike was everything we could have asked for. Energetic, responsive to what ever we raised, a pleasure to deal with, very prompt and organized. He arranged for the house to be painted, the garden tidied up, a worn pagola was demolished, a worn deck replaced, the house cleaned and styled. This happened quickly, with no dramas and to a good standard. The styling was most appropriate.
