Michelle Cheney is extremely well organised and went out of her way to sell our property during difficult times for the realestate market. Our property sold for a good price and we are very pleased with Michelle's excellent work selling the property.

We, my brother and I cannot give enough praise for Michelle and Michael on the sale of the house. The house being an old man's home needed a little update on it but as my brother and I didn't have time or the convenience to do it we had to sell it as was. The price they advertised and sold it for was a pleasant surprise. We can recommend them and their future customers to anyone wishing to sell.

Michelle was amazing, from my first enquiry till the purchase of our property, explaining how the whole process worked from arranging an inspection (a time that suited us)making an offer, deposits, and building reports. Michelle was easy to talk to and her professionalism shone through as she listened to the type of property we were looking for, and allowed us to preview the property in our own time leaving us to talk privately without pressure. Michelle has a lot of knowledge and patience, also answering all questions and kept us updated. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to purchase a property in the area.

I was looking for a house to meet my special needs. She went to considerable trouble to find a house that suited my needs. This was not my experience with another Forbes agent, She arranged inspections to suit my daughter who flew in for the day from Sydney for the inspection While acting for the purchaser she was friendly and efficient. I bought a house from a client for more than $1.000.00 which my friends say was high. However she did not pressure me and I am happy with the house and she did a good job for her client.
