Fantastic experience

Was a bit stressful at times but that was not Michelle’s fault as I had a lot going on
They were unsuccessful at selling at auction but followed up with a potential buyer and had them keen and they bought my house 3 days later. That is what I call dedicating yourself to your client .

Knowledgeable and efficient
Michelle of Michael Robinson Real Estate provided advice on the best method to advertise my home for the best price. This advice was spot on, achieving a much better price than anticipated. The listing also gathered momentum after the initial advertising and Michelle had a buyer within four weeks of the commencement of advertising. A great result from Michelle and for me. As the property had a long term tenant, Michelle also worked collaboratively with the current tenant to assist them find a suitable property for them to rent or buy.

Mission accomplished
Advertising and marketing were professional and detailed, Michelle was a responsive and great communicator. Although the auction itself didn’t achieve a sale on auction day, a satisfactory outcome was achieved a couple of days later. The price was not far off our expectations.
