Michaels Real Estate was the first real estate to give myself and my partner an opportunity to be successful in getting a rental. Their communication was great and answered all the questions I had. They made moving into my first rental easy during a very difficult time in my life. I highly recommend Michaels Real Estate and I thank them very much.

We've had a fantastic rental experience with Michaels Real Estate! Amy & the team are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. From finding the perfect property when we were in need at such short notice with an Interstate move, to handling any questions we had along the way, as tenants their communication and support made everything smooth and stress-free. We felt well taken care of and appreciated their attention to detail and friendly approach. We enjoy the regular catch ups & highly recommend their services to any property owner OR investor looking for an agency to manage their property in the Bundaberg region. They genuinely care about us as tenants, the property for the owners, & are quick to respond + resolve to any issues. Couldn't recommend highly enough & will use in future ourselves when we're in a position to purchase our next investment property.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Micheal’s Real Estate during my home-renting journey, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From our first meeting, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the local market and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They also made the paperwork and closing process as smooth as possible, which I greatly appreciated.

Probably one of the better real estates in Bundaberg, have been helpful, told us a lot of information when signing up for a lease and let us answer any questions we had. Better with communication than other real estates.

I can’t recommend Kurt and Codee enough! They were fantastic in helping my family find our new modern home. From the very first meeting, they took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and their market knowledge really shone through as they showed us a variety of options that fit our style. Communication with them was always smooth and friendly; they kept us updated throughout the entire process and were always willing to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. What really stood out was their professionalism – they handled everything with such care and attention to detail, making the experience enjoyable rather than stressful. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we’ve found our dream home! If you’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and professional agents, Kurt and Codee are the ones to go to!

Codee is very professional in her approach. She spent considerable time viewing my rental property and wrote an extensive report before I agreed to take her on as my agent. She interviewed ten prospective tenants and Codee’s descriptive reports helped me to chose a good tenant. She is easy to reach by phone. Codee reacts to my e mails promptly and keeps me up to date regarding the needs of the tenants and if anything needs to be done at the house. Codee has a very professional attitude coupled with a friendly and approachable manner.

Codee Callaghan from Michaels Real Estate is the property manager of our industrial shed complex, as well as our two rental houses. The industrial sheds are quite a challenge to manage, but Codee does a very efficient job with them, as well as with the houses, and keeps our rental investments running smoothly. Codee is an experienced and knowledgeable property manager, which is very beneficial if problems arise, as she is always able to come up with a solution to resolve the issue. In our dealings with Codee, we have always found her to be quite intelligent, approachable, reasonable, and informative, which makes communication with her straight forward, productive, and pleasant.

The team at Michaels Real Estate have been a pleasure to deal with... From finding and buying our first investment property through to listing it for rent and having tenants move in. Kurt made the sale easy having all the documents ready for us and Codee has been an outstanding property agent so far. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a property or rent an investment property out.
