Codee is very professional in her approach. She spent considerable time viewing my rental property and wrote an extensive report before I agreed to take her on as my agent. She interviewed ten prospective tenants and Codee’s descriptive reports helped me to chose a good tenant. She is easy to reach by phone. Codee Callaghan from Michaels Real Estate is the property manager of our industrial shed complex, as well as our two rental houses. The industrial sheds are quite a challenge to manage, but Codee does a very efficient job with them, as well as with the houses, and keeps our rental investments running smoothly. Codee is an experienced and knowledgeable property manager, which is very beneficial if problems arise, as she is always able to come up with a solution to resolve the issue. As most people know, buying a property is a stressful time and can often encounter some hiccups during the process. We were purchasing a property from interstate that we hadn't seen in person, so we were relying heavily on the agent to act with honesty in describing the home and its pros and cons. The staff were wonderful, performing a final inspection 'walk through' video prior to settlement. Big shout out to Codee for all her help with managing existing rental agreements during the switch over.
