I’ve had a bad experience with Codee and prefer her not to manage my property. I’ve also read google reviews and other people have had similar experiences with her. There were times where she did not reply to my emails for over a week and I’ve also called the office multiple times during the week asking colleagues to pass on the message to call me back. This was during a time-sensitive period as I needed to retenant the and get repairs done. As an owner, I’d expect more than one quote to get a job done but there was hardly any effort on her part to do it and by then it’s too late because I needed someone in asap. Since she’s been on leave, it’s been a complete opposite experience with Sarah. She replies very quickly and answers any questions I have with clarity. Would prefer her to continue managing my property even when Codee returns.

Codee was extremely helpful and explained everything to us clearly and gave us plenty of opportunity to ask any questions we had. Other staff also went above and beyond after we asked to change the lease agreement to add our son onto it.
