Straight forward and pain free Experience.
Kurt was an excellent communicator and provided a lot of information and insight upon request. He did so with providing a list of agents and advice for the new location where we will soon be moving to. Choose Kurt!
Kurt is a very friendly approachable person with excellent knowledge of our local market. Negotiated $20k over asking price with no conditions for my sale which I was happy with. I appreciated the free advertising and photography. Fortunately my sale happened with a couple of days so it was quite straightforward process for all. Excellent and memorable buying process
When purchasing my first property from Kurt and Sarah, I was without a doubt looked after. Kurt provided knowledgeable responses to my questions, quick replies and went above and beyond to ensure my buyer experience was amazing. Likewise, Sarah was excellent with communication offering prompt replies regarding property questions. No question was left unanswered by Sarah.
