We are new to the area and he appealed to me as he has been in the industry a long time and knows the area. His team are very knowledgeable in not only the area, but in every facet of purchasing a property. They made purchasing the property easy but also made it a lovely experience due to their beautiful personalities.I highly recommend Michael and his team.

What a great Team. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed. Grace, Tayla and Michael were great guiding us through the process of selling our property. they explained pricing, costs involved in selling a property, legal requirements, marketing and any other questions we had. They have lists of local businesses if you are unsure about finding a service. Our house was quickly inspected and put on the market in under a week and under offer just as fast. After contacting Brant, we mostly worked with Brock Reibel who took over the handling of our sale. After our first opening we received 2-3 really good offers. Unfortunately we had some complexity with a plumbing issue in the property which required extensive repairs which were quite expensive and took a long time to organise due to wild weather and flooding in the region. Brock was incredibly diligent in chasing up things with contractors, the buyer and any other thing we needed to get the sale over the line. There were reduced offers, counter offers and finally we settled on a price we were both happy with. He is an exceptional communicator, keeping us in the loop on an almost daily basis and I thoroughly recommend him as an agent.

We have used Tony before when he achieved an excellent result, and we would not consider using another agent in the Wide Bay area. He was able to keep us informed of progress, and advise us of any action we needed to take, without " pestering us". His manner was always friendly, but professional, and if he said he would do something, he did. Could not rate his service any more highly.

Ashley was very easy to communicate with. He understood our questions and responded with clear and concise answers. He knew the market and advised us in in an understanding way.

Julie is a very friendly and personable agent and was extremely on the ball with communication between parties. Julie was very professional and always sent documentation on time and it was very easy for us to reach out at any time we needed assistance or to discuss the buying process and provide updates.
