Kurt showed excellent market knowledge as he guided us through the listing process, his communication with us throughout the sale was exemplary, and he was totally professional from beginning to end. We thank him sincerely for his efforts.

Kurt was very professional and helpful with the property we bought which was tired and needed attention. He has even offered to cover the cost of repair for a leaking roof on the verandah and gave us a name to contact to assist with this. Very few agents are this honest and show genuine concern. We will certainly use him again and have no hesitation in vouching for his integrity.

We recently purchased an investment property through Kurt Dempsey and it was a very positive experience. From the moment we engaged with Kurt he was always available to answer our questions and did answer open and honestly. Living away from Bundaberg made our purchase a little more challenging but Kurt made himself available to us via mobile which made us appreciate the effort. His knowledge of the property and surrounds put us at ease and gave us the confidence to put in an offer which the seller accepted. Kurt also followed up with us to see if he could do anything for us. We would recommend purchasing through Kurt Dempsey if you want honest answers and great communication and support.

Kurt and Sarah were pleasant and professional and easy to deal with during a stressful time while selling my mums home. They even offered to assist in her move as I live on the Gold Coast and only had a few days to be in Bundaberg to help her pack & move. We would definitely recommend Kurt For selling your property.
