The process wasn't enjoyable. I was pushed to sign documents at a fast pace and at very inconvenient times. The agent insulted me and my property. The agent tried to secure a lower price for my house than the buyer was prepared to pay. Luckily, the buyers were lovely, and we sidestepped Michael's after a while and sorted things out ourselves. However, Michael's had that buyer lined up, and my place sold quickly, which I appreciate.
