Sale in the poring rain and a flooded creek to cross on foot
Kurt was very professional but also down to to earth he kept us in the loop at all times and when a customer said they wanted to walk thru the raging creek to look at our property Kurt removed his shoes and walked the customer in which ended up being the one that purchased our house kurt is the best all round agent I have had the pleasure to meet

Great knowledge of the market
Michael gave me great advice on what I needed to do to achieve the price I was looking for. When I was ready I contacted Michael and he listed my house. I had one open house and had a contract for the house from that open house for a price more than I expected. Would highly recommend Michael if you are looking to sell.
