Kurt was fantastic throughout the whole process. From signing him up he knew exactly the right price we would be looking at getting and he didn't disappoint. We also had long term tenants that we didn't want to disturb too much so he was very considerate in that respect. He kept us informed throughout the whole process. We would definitely use Kurt again.

Kurt was wonderful to deal with when I was selling my unit. He was knowledgeable on the market, had several people already interested. Was able to get a great sale price. He was understanding of me having my own business so communication was often early or late and it was never an issue. He is a fantastic agent.
