We had many discussions before the campaign started around strategy and direction, and Qiao's insights and explainations really helped me make a decision about what how i wanted to sell the property. Qiao worked extremely hard and covered all bases to get as many people interested in the property, and always endeavoured to take them through and show them what they might miss out on! She had a great understanding of the CBD and nearby areas, and ensured that she was always in contact with potential buyers and getting in touch with people from her contact list from other inspections and sales who might be interested. Throughout the whole process, she kept me constantly updated and informed about the progress of the campaign, the amount of interest and information on potential buyers. Closer to the sale date we had a number of discussions around the auction and what to expect which was great, and helped relieve some of the stress!
