Natalia was fantastic in our search for a new home, she was the only agent who took the time to know and understand our preferences and possibilities. We took around 6 months to find our new property and Natalia was key to finally achieve our goal, all the way through the search, negotiations and settlement. I'll 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a property around the city area.

Jen is knowledgeable and understands the market very well, her effective communication keeps you up to speed throughout the entire selling process. She is nothing short of excellence, and would not disappoint, I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to sell their property.

Jen Lin has helped me to sell my apartment successfully within the time frame I have set for her, and she has achieved a final sale price close to the target I have set. This is despite the less than ideal market situation. She has shown herself to be knowledgeable concerning the property market and is able to advise me objectively and clearly the options available to me. Her communication skills are excellent and she is professional in her approach. For example she highlighted to me the likely impact on the sale price of my apartment if I delay a decision till later, arising from some confirmed land development in the immediate vicinity adjacent to the apartment block. However she gives an objective analysis and left the final decision to me. Meanwhile she continues to search for buyers. She also advises me on staging the apartment once it is vacated. In the end I made a decision to sell taking into account her timely input. I am fully satisfied with the service provided by Jen Lin. I would readily recommend her to other potential clients who need such a service.

I've been in the property market for a while and Natalia is the best agent I've ever met! She's very responsible, attentive and always reply in a timely manner - even if sometimes I contacted her after trading hours/on weekends. I'll go to her again if I'd like to buy an investment property in the future for sure!

We had a great journey with her she ask us what we wanted and she didn't go out off her way to show us options .as it was just before Christmas she did everything to do it fast and even kept us updated over the Christmas day just after that we made up our mind and got it all organised just before we left the country she even came out on her day off to show us the unit for the last time 2 days later we signed the contract Never had a better experience than with natalia Even we are now overseas she even organised the lease contract for us with micm

Natalia is a really genuine person with a very likable personality and has become a friend over the time of us buying and therefore referred our son to sell his place through her.

Natalia was a complete professional, nothing was ever to much for her. During our interaction, I viewed the apartment over 5 times and every time Natalia made herself available. I would highly recommend Natalia to any vendor/purchaser
