Hard working, gave me great advice - marketing, recent sales, achievable sale price, how to present the apartment and great feedback after every inspection. No too mention she was efficient on emails, SMS and answered the phone 99.999% of the time. I highly recommend Natalia and I do not make this comment lightly.

After changing our sales consultant to Danny Fu we got constant up to date communication on how our sale was proceding. The often daily updates may not always be good news, but we were kept in the loop at all times. Communication goes a long way, and it was a pleasure dealing with this polite young man. Thanks Danny.

Natalia did a fantastic job in selling our apartment ahead of schedule and for a price much higher than I was expecting. Even before the apartment was officially listed she brought in potential customers to show our place. She's given us good advise as to how to set up the place and what to do and what not to do (eg. Change carpets). In the end the apartment was listed on Wednesday for the first time and it was sold by Saturday.
