I met Jen by chance in my building lobby as she was having open house in one of the apts. As I was thinking of selling I asked if she could appraise mine. She was always super approachable and very professional. I can’t recommend her enough and will see her next time I sell. Ric

Natalia was absolutely brilliant. We were the purchaser and I believe that not only was she looking out for the seller she had our best interests at heart. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, was quick to respond to texts and emails and was very friendly and helpful going above and beyond what one would expect.

Natalia was a real professional, very knowledgeable of the Southbank market and listened to us to really understand what we were looking for. Negotiations were well handled and timely. Follow up and customer care really a feature of how Natalia goes about her role.

Natalia knows the market and passes this on the the seller/buyer. Her system or the system she uses produced buyers on the first inspection and resulted in a sale, I did use another agency first but they fell way short of what Natalia achieved. She assessed the work needed and got the work done then buyers from the MICM advertising were shown the property and offers were made immediately. This was also accomplished with the Covid virus worries to contend with.

Jen not only is an experienced agent who knows about the CBD market, she also has a great personality, she tries to listen and understand my expectations. I am not located in Melbourne, so she helped me to manage the end-to-end process (ie. arrange for renovation, painting, photography, etc) in selling my property. I am very happy with her service.

Jenny was fully transparent every step of the way. She would provide frequent updates on how the campaign was progressing and would actively chase down answers from the owners corporation for any questions potential buyers had. She did everything in her power to ensure a great sale. Would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for an agent.

Jen was extremely responsive and had great suggestions based on what I was looking for. From start to finish she was always accessible and had a great knowledge of the surrounding area . If I’m going to buy a property again she would be the first people I would call.
