My apartment on City Road, Southbank was due to list just as COVID- 19 was beginning to affect Australia. Understandably I was nervous about how this would impact the market and considered postponing the listing. Jen did an excellent job selling my apartment especially during the current health pandemic. Despite this she still managed to secure a buyer and within the price I was expecting. She provides constant updates at all hours (even weekends) and always available to answer questions. The commission is slightly higher than other quotes I obtained but you get what you pay for - quality service and results. I would recommend Jen and MICM if you are selling a city apartment.
