Faith is a veteran in the property market industry and is very knowledgeable, responsive and showed care in understanding our needs. She advised us to have our apartment renovated before selling as it is quite old. She was mindful of cost, replacing only what is necessary and oversaw the renovations which helped greatly. What impressed us was the after sales that she continued to support us. I will definitely look for her in the future if I need to buy or sell a property in Melbourne.

Faith achieved an exceptional result in the sale of my apartment. Despite the challenges of selling a tenanted property — with limited access and a tenant unwilling to allow inspections — Faith navigated the situation to achieve the best possible outcome. Leveraging her deep knowledge of the building and surrounding area, as well as a trusted and well-established client network, she was able to generate serious interest without a traditional campaign and ultimately, a very favourable offer.

Faith was genuinely interested in helping us find a new home that would suit us. She was very thorough in her property knowledge of all properties she showed us and any questions we had she answered or found out for us. She was friendly and nothing was too much. It was a wonderful experience buying an apartment from her.

Natalia was exceptional to deal with. She is such a delightful person to work with and made our purchase process a calm and enjoyable one (what a feat!). She made inspections accessible to us and was very flexible around our working hours. We have absolutely loved working with Natalia and would gladly recommend her to anyone else.

Natalia was an absolute pleasure to deal with; nothing was too much to ask, and she was always prompt with her follow ups. A harder working agent I have not meet.
