Jen contacted me after I made contact with MICM to sell my apartment. Jen was outstanding. She planned the sale and recommended how the apartment needed some improvements. She organised the kitchen renovation, painting, minor maintenance issues and the staging of the apartment for the sale. She also arranged the furniture removalist to bring my furniture home. The sale was completed in 2 weeks at a price I think was an excellent result. The contract was signed and settlement was completed within 28 days. I highly recommend Jen to any seller or purchaser. She knows the market and has outstanding communications skills. Thanks Jen

I have had a most enjoyable experience to work with Faith on the sale of my property. What most impressed me is her in-depth knowledge of the market and her most warm yet professional style in her way of communicating with her client. She has always kept me posted on all the relevant issues and has always be tentative and timely to my queries and requests. She has a very considerate and trustworthy style in her communication. In short, she is the person you can trust and also delivers.

We recommend Jen very highly for BOTH buying and selling. We met her at an open for inspection over a year ago and was impressed with her professionalism. We had just started looking and told her we were definitely not interested in the apartment she was showing. But we thought of her when we were ready to sell our own apartment. Jen proactively took a lot of the stress out of the whole process and always kept us updated on any developments.
