This apartment is the first for me without much knowledge of the property market. Qiao and her colleagues were knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through every steps of the process. She also actively seeking solutions for the small issues with the apartment.

Jen was very professional and helpful every step of the way during the whole process. Her knowledge toward current Real Estate market was delightful to listen to and it definitely helped me to clear my vision. Also she ensured she understood my needs and requirements on the future property to make sure I am not drifting away from suitable options. Thanks again Jen for assisting on purchasing the new property. I would recommend her to any of my friends/family who is searching to buy.

Jackie always kept us up to date with the upcoming properties in the area we were interested in and the things we were looking for in a home. He gave us a personal treatment i.e. kept us in the loop by messaging us and not any marketing emails etc. Would highly recommend to work with him for any of your real estate needs

Qiao went all the way to help the vendor, from giving comprehensive market overview and advice, coordinating renovations and repairs, organising the sales campaign, giving prompt feedback, doing 200% to realise the asking price for the vendor. Qiao is not afraid of hard work and never gives up despite initial setback.
