Faith took over after our initial contact Janice left the business who was also very helpful and provided great customer service . Faith then stepped in to complete the purchase and was very efficient and looked after everything well and went above and beyond to assist us with contacts for cleaning required etc

As a Chinese immigrant， I have met so many property agents. Almost everyone of them is like "I will make as much money as possible from this guy as long as I will not have any leagal problem" or he/she could go even worse by taking advantage from I am not familiar with the laws in Australia. However, she is different, she's really care about the buyer and she's willing to her buyers, I guess I am very lucky to know and done some deals with her.
