Natalia did an exemplary job in preparing and selling my apartment - at a record price! I am extremely busy in my work, and had to travel overseas in the middle of preparation for the sale; and there was a lot of preparation required! Not only did Natalia show extraordinary insight on the market, but also saved me hours of time in preparing it for sale - new carpets, electrics, painting, etc etc etc - all at a really low price.
