Recently I have sold an inner city apartment using the MICM’s sale agent, Faith Chang. I was very impressed with her professionalism throughout the process. It was one of the those rare experiences where everything was delivered exactly as promised and even better. On our first discussion Faith has indicated the target price range and the timeframe in which the sale is likely to be secured. On the very first inspection she had a verbal offer which was negotiated and secured in the next couple of days. Faith helped me to negotiate the price at the high end of the range previously indicated. She kept me informed throughout the process, consulted as appropriate and provided useful guidance on the particulars of the deal. I would also like to mention the excellent coordination and communication between different department of MICM. My apartment was rented for a number of years through MICM, we consulted with Tarryn, who looked after rent, on the repairs and maintenance that would need to be done pre-sale to achieve the better price and passed this comments onto Faith. All required work has been done seamlessly and in a very short period of time, all organized by MICM. The entire sale process from the first communication to the end result has taken just over a month with the very satisfactory result. I am very grateful for the assistance provided by Faith and would definitely recommend her and MICM for similar transactions.

Very Knowledgeable and Professional
Faith had sold me my apartment unit in 2007 and now helped me re-sell it in 2014 after living there for 7.5 years. She was very knowledgeable with the current market value, honest with all the clients feedback and found me a buyer within a few weeks of listing it. I could not have found a better Real Estate Agent. The Apartment Listing was very prompt and the Open for Inspections were managed well. Thank you Faith. I will be happy to use her professional services again if I needed to buy or sell an apartment unit in Southbank.

Highly recommended!
Faith handled our purchase of an investment apartment in Southbank and did a brilliant job. We viewed the apartment around 6pm and Faith worked tirelessly to negotiate on our behalf, prepare contracts and get the sale over the line with contracts being signed by 10pm on the same day. Can't ask for better than that! Her professionalism, knowledge and assistance made it such an easy and smooth process and we were delighted with our purchase.
