I was keep posted of the whole progress, Jen work through outside normal hour which well accommodate to me who live in city 2 hours behind VIC time, there is instances where she respond my SMS at 10:51pm (12:51am VIC time). The final sale price is slightly below initial expectations, but I trust Jen did her best given the current pandemic situation. Overally, Jen is very professional & I would recommend her to everyone.
