Jeffrey is one of the best agents we have come across. He’s very knowledgeable of the market, he understands the needs of us as buyers and does his best to assist. He is very professional and transparent, this is important to us as the whole purchase process becomes relatively stress-free. Jeffrey is an awesome agent who went above and beyond to sell our apartment which is not easy in this market. We did not want to pay for advertising or go on market so he reached out to his extensive database and took clients through multiple private inspections a week, one of which even resulted in him getting a parking fine. Within a week he was able to get multiple offers and we managed to work with the buyer to get the deal done within 2 weeks.
