Jeff was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. He went above and beyond to show me the property outside of normal hours. He has kept me appraised about the sale the whole time. I highly recommend Jeffrey.

Jeffrey and his team are the most hard working stright talking agent. We engaged him after he sold two of our properties in the northshore and therefore we had confident in him for this canterbury investment even though his not from the area. we really appreicate the working hard no nonsense approach for all 3 properties sold.

As first time ‘sellers’, we werereliant on Jeffreys expertise. We had talked to other agents but were impressed by his knowledge of the local market. I would recommend Jeffrey Li and Teresa So as the ultimate professional real estate agent. effort he put into achieving a fantastic result for the sale of my apartment was unbelievable. The extra time required for individual inspections due to the current Sydney lockdown situation didn’t faze his enthusiasm for striving to achieve the best results. I am one very happy vendor, all thanks to Jeffrey Li

I sold property via Jeffrey during the lockdown of NSW, we both experience hard time in looking for potential clients. He made 200 phone calls per day in order to find a right one. Market is bad, but he insist in trying to help and delivered good quality of services being responsive to my questions, and follow-up work with all parties. I am glad to employ him as my sales agent and will keep good relationship with Midland.

We knew Jeff through a friend’s recommendation. His extensive knowledge to the local market, understanding of the local supplies/competitions gives us confidence to go with Jeff. Because we believe buyers will also like to deal with an agent who does his homework. We found Jeff is a polite and professional person, he gives the right advice to buyers and seller, and as a result we have found a happy new owner for our beloved property. We are happy too.
