We brought our home through Liza, it was relaxed, no hard sell purchase certainly not what I was use to, the perfect saleswomen. When it came time to sell our home there was only one choice for us and that was Liza. In a falling market we got a price we were very happy with. Liza kept us informed every step of the way. I knew Liza would let us down and she would be following up on all the potential buyers and informing us of their thoughts on the property. I didnt seem to long before the house was sold, for the price we expected. I would highly recommend Liza Milchman as an agent if you are looking to sell or buy in St Andrews, Victoria.

Liza was efficient and pleasant to deal with; quite forthright which we liked. The publicity was very well handled and her photographer was excellent. She was in tune with local values and although everyone would always want more for their property, we were satisfied with the final price as we achieved a quick sale and she recommended an excellent conveyancer.
