A true professional with great local knowledge
When it came to choosing an agent to sell our home, there were three things most important to us - professionalism, good communication and strong local knowledge. Gordon made the process easy

Highly knowledgeable agent
As this was my first time selling a property, Peter answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. He referred me to several other professionals (e.g., conveyancing, gardening) who were all of high quality and made the process that much easier. He provided me with excellent suggestions to get the house ready for sale and was highly knowledgeable about the specific marketing strategy to use for the property. During the marketing process, Peter promptly updated me after each inspection about what was happening behind the scenes. As a result, I was very happy with the sale price, which exceeded expectations.

Professional, Honest Agent
We selected Gordon based on his market knowlege, personal aprproach, honesty and reputation. He adopted a more personal approach with us and prospective purchasers rather than the typical sales agent style approach that we never warmed to with other agents. We feel that through this approach Gordon was able to build a better relationship with prospective purchasers that enhances the selling process and outcome. In an industry not known for honesty, Gordon was extremely honest with us at all stages of the selling process. We would recommend him without qualification
