I knew Chris since 2014, I was in trouble selling one of my three units which sit next to a community house and opposite a mental care hospital. A famous local agent took over the sale initially and turned into a disaster - No buyer at all. That agent could not find any buyer after the auction. I then engaged Chris to restart the sale. He spent lots of time on marketing and negotiation. eventually got it sold within one month with no compromise of our reserve price. We were so happy.
