Christopher Macey and the Miles team are great. After interviewing a few agents in the area we felt they would suit our needs in the selling of our home of 33 years. We decided on an Auction and had a short campaign as it was getting close to Christmas. The advertising schedule both in print and media was exceptionally well presented.Christopher was present at every Open for Inspection and immediately gave us the feedback and any information on the day. Unfortunately ,as it happens , our house did not sell at Auction.This is where Christopher shone. We agreed on a minimum price we would sell the house for , and Christopher got right into top gear and selling mode at a fixed price. He did not stop advertising and showing potential buyers through and after a short compulsory break our house was sold early in the new year at that fixed price. This Never Give Up attitude is why you really want or should have Christopher Macey sell your house. And guess what , he is a really nice guy. not like a lot of agents I've met over the years. Mr. Chris has good market knowledge which I rate for 5 stars. And he has efficient communication skills. He gave me feedback after open for inspection and let me know any comments made on my property and suggestion for improvement. I would give him 5 stars for communication skills. He had good credibility and negotiation skills. I would give rate 4 stars for credibility and 5 stars for negotiation skills. I am very satisfacted the sale result and will contact him again to sale my other property. I bought 26 Alamein Rd from him and he left good impression to me with professional and excellent negotiation skills.
