After interviewing three different agents, there was no question in my mind that we should use Christopher Macey. His local area knowledge, professionalism, clear explanations, communication skills and calm demeanor helped us immensely. Chris is well experienced not only in real estate but his knowledge of the local area and community. He was on the ball with his estimates for marketing and sale price. This was all during the COVID19 pandemic and our auction was scheduled for the first week of no on site auctions in July 2020. Of course we were concerned what would happen but Chris reassured us that all was under control and we would hold an online auction. We were able to listen to the auction and have private discussions with Chris about the outcome we wished to achieve. Chris was as professional at an online auction as he is at a live auction. Selling the apartment in Ivanhoe East was, at times, frustrating but Peter was always positive. He communicated with us often and clearly about the potential buyers and progress of negotiations.
