Flexible & Responsive!
Our dealings with John were fantastic as a buyer. As interstate buyers John was flexible with viewings and pre-purchase inspections outside set times. Post sale we were also impressed with helping out with other things that he had no obligation to do as part of his job.

Geniunely nice guy, didnt feel like your usual salesman
Thank you for helping us sell our house John, we particularly appreciated the courteous and respectful way that you helped us through the process. We immediately felt at ease with you supportive nature and we felt very comfortable that all prospective buyers would enjoy that as well. Something that we saw as important. If your looking for an easier way to sell your home without the pushy who har that sometimes you see in the real estate industry i would give John serious consideration. We are glad we did. Hey there John, Never thought I would write a ‘Dear Joh’n letter, but here it is! John and the ream at Miles Realestate, Firstly, thank you and the team for the wonderful job you did selling my home. I was completely happy and satisfied with the whole process, from the initial first visit to the amazing outcome on the day of the auction. Between yourself and Brad Pierce, I was always: kept in the loop about the whole process with: -open lines of communication, -regularly scheduled meetings -provided with up-to-date sales information, including median prices in the area, -provided with a range of packages for the advertisements, on-line and social media packages and local printed media, -regular scheduled ‘open house sessions, and -the final amazing outcome on the auction day thanks to Brad as auctioneer. At no time was I pressured to make decisions without documentation supporting the selected option/choice. Like many individuals, I have heard about the un-scrupulous practices that realators use. I can honestly say that at no time over the 3 months did I feel any negative practices were in play. I would un-resevadly recommend John and his totally professional Team at Miles Realestate. A great experience despite a difficult sale
Peter was great from day 1. Knowledgeable, patient, professional and reliable . However having sold and bought a few times before and having had varying experiences with agents, I was expecting that somewhere along I would experience disappointment. The sale was hard work and it took sometime to find the right buyer . During the entire process, Peter was wonderful, consistent, reliable, and worked above and beyond to get the right price for me . I would recommend him without hesitation.
