There was instant rapport with Andy, he delivered in the promise of handling the sale cradle to grave. We left everything entirely in Andy’s hands from preparing and staging the property, arranging contractors etc to the day of the auction. His attention to detail created a carnival atmosphere at the auction and bidders were comfortable to bid knowing they could do so “subject to finance”.
