Emily is an amazing agent ; she got a great price for my Floreat house, making sure that my house was presented for selling in a way that showed off its best features. Emily skilfully managed the selling process, as she took the time to understand both seller and buyer, making sure that deadlines and commitments were kept even when circumstances ( such as Removalists not arriving on time) threatened chaos. No slacking off was allowed. Emily is definitely an iron fist in a velvet glove, beautiful and charming but unbending to circumstances as she makes sure that the sale/settlement goes through. I would recommend Emily as an agent who is lovely to work with, but strong enough to ensure great results.
