Andy was the agent I purchased my new home from, it was a complicated transaction tied in with the selling of my own home. Andy and his team were excellent throughout the whole sale process. The negotiations were made simple by Andy and quickly finalised. Unfortunately settlement was delayed due to banking reasons however Andy and his team were constantly in contact and ensured that delays were minimised and provided assurance through the delay.

Toby handled the negotiation between us and the seller with discretion and an appropriate sense of urgency. We felt he had both the seller's and our interests in mind and worked diligently to satisfy both. After the offer was accepted, the seller asked for several extensions to settlement date which we were happy to accept but ultimately we required a fixed date and this was agreed to and was the date on which settlement took place. We were sufficiently happy with Toby's professional approach to contract Mint Realty to sell our home in Attadale which sold very quickly.
