I contacted couple of agents to see what would be the best possible way to sell my house. When I met with Toby we sat down had a coffee. We start talking what would be the best and quickest way to achieve a sale. I asked Toby would he have anyone that he know this house would suit them. Toby said I have couple of people that he will contact who would be very keen to inspect the house. Third person come and the sale was achieved. This isn't first house Toby was selling for me. Toby does his homework on every property he takes to market. With Toby there is no "I will find out for you". Toby got everything on his notes, there is nothing that that Toby leaves out.
