We decided to list our house with Nicola because we had a very good experience when we recently bought our new house for which she happened to be the listing agent. For the sale of our house, Nicola provided valuable input on what we needed to do prior to the house listing and then arranged the marketing, photos etc seamlessly. Nicola is an experienced agent who has great knowledge of the area, market conditions and potential buyers. Her strategy of listing the property for short opens but twice in the same day (morning and afternoon) is something that stands her apart from other agents, and while it means she has to work harder running around and opening the property twice in the same day, it also means that it gives the best possible chance of the property being seen by the right buyer who may be busy and unable to attend one of the home opens. After the first home open, there were several buyers that wanted to revisit the property a second and third time and Nicola arranged this quickly, leading to a quick sale. We are happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Nicola as an agent.
