We recently bought a house that was marketed by Nicola. We appreciated that she was not pushy and provided further information on the property that we requested. We had a finance approval clause on our contract and when our bank delayed approval due to the busy Christmas period, Nicola was fantastic in communicating the situation accurately to the sellers so that they understood we were genuine buyers with finance approval delay purely due to bank beauracracy and managed to get an additional week's extension from the sellers. We also appreciated that while she was supportive of the process to us as buyers, she maintained acting professionally in the best interest of the sellers which is what you want from a selling agent. As such, we are currently also using Nicola and Mint to sell our previous home. We would highly recommend Nicola.
