Scott was very professional right from our first meeting. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable with regards to the local market and was able to attend to everything we needed exceptionally well. We were living in NSW during the purchase process and he made sure everything ran smoothly, always keeping in close contact with us. Scott even did the final house inspection for us before settlement as we were in NSW. We recently purchased in Hervey Bay and moved up from NSW. From the first time we contacted Scott we found him interested, non-pushy, amenable; and he returned phone calls and texts straight away. The last point was vital to us, living in a different state, and also managing lots of other things down there.
