Scott and Katrina from Mitchell's Realty Hervey Bay were fantastic to work with during the recent purchase of our property. They were friendly and engaging from the outset with a great knowledge of the local real estate market. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they met us several times out of hours to arrange further inspections and clarify outstanding questions we had. They were courteous and professional during the negotiation process and even stored our car and furniture for us while we awaited settlement. Thoroughly recommend them to any prospective buyers.

Great communication and good result
Selling my brothers property under POA. Good ongoing feedback and kept us in the loop at all times. Market response slow at start but Scott brought it home in the end with a very good result for my brother. Greatly appreciated his effeorts and would definitely recommend and would use again.

Great Agent
I was impressed with Scott Mitchell from Mitchells Realty as they fully updated me on the process of the sale each week. Their marketing and particularly the open house each weekend of which they eventually sold my unit. As a seller it does get frustrating when nothing comes of them but to be comprehensively updated each week relieves that pressure and their persistance with it paid off in the end. Thank you Scott and Katrina and i would recommend them to anyone selling a home.
