Adam and his Team never gave up. We did try to Auction just before Christmas and we did not reach what we were aiming at. Adam said that our house was worth more and not to sell so we held on. Once you do this you start to wonder was this the right way to go, people question you so you start to question yourself. This was the first house that I have ever sold, so had no idea what to expect. Adam and Lee put me at ease right from the start. They answered all my question in a manner that I understood.. They told me that they would hold my hand though the whole process, and they did. Lee did an amazing job at my open house times.. always apologising for running over time, just so he could spend a few extra minutes talking to potential buyers.
