To whom it may concern, I have bought and sold many properties in the past years and I am not easily impressed with Estate agents, however i have to say that Adam and his team are a different kettle of fish. I am a person who calls a spade a spade and does not appreciate being spun BS. From the get go I found that Adam was upfront, honest, attentive, flexible, easy going and followed through with all details. One of my biggest issues was being kept abreast of the progress of the sales campaign and I never found that I had to chase Adam up or was left wanting for information. He regularly kept me updated, this was particularly important because I do not live close to the property on the market and i was acting on behalf of another family member. I found his assessment of the nature of the inspections honest, refreshing and detailed. His appraisal of the property initially to be very accurate and his work to achieve the end result impressive.
