Helpful, Professional and Approachable
Daniel and his team at MMJ Wollongong were a breeze to work with when selling our property. Daniel definitely took the stress out of selling with his friendly and helpful nature. His years of experience in the real estate industry shows in his knowledge of Wollongong and surrounds and ability to know what the next best move was. We feel Daniel went above and beyond for his clients, making himself available for whenever we had questions or to run anything by him. We always felt Daniel kept us updated on progress, and we also felt included in the process and decision making. We would use Daniel to sell again, and would recommend him to friends and family.

We bought from Victor then we sold with Victor and Angela
Wow Vic who would have thought we would be on both ends of this process! Victor as usual and his beautiful wife Angela were extremely professional and dedicated in ensuring and delivering expert advice. They had presented to us the reports of similar units in the area to ensure we were able to obtain an excellent sale process! They took care of everything and the Most important factor was the constant communication with the sale. Our unit sold instantly and we were extremely happy with the price. Victor was straight up with us from Day 1
Victor was straight up with us from Day 1 throughout the auction process and after the property was passed in during the negotiation process. Victor and the team at MMJ we’re honest with us and easy to deal with. I had purchased property before by private treaty but auctions were unfamiliar to me. They helped guide me through the process and explained everything to me to assist my family in purchasing this property.

Excellent service and rapport with all parties concerned
A difficult time in any persons life is that of selling the family home.
